The IVR Builder is Eqho’s internal tool for setting up phone systems for clients. Instead of manually configuring Twilio Studio flows, you pick a template, fill in a few fields, and deploy a production-ready IVR in under a minute.

What you can do

• Create IVR flows from templates — Choose from 10+ pre-built templates covering everything from simple call forwarding to multi-language department menus
• Manage phone numbers — Assign existing Twilio numbers or provision new ones right from the app
• Generate AI voice prompts — Use ElevenLabs to create professional voice clips without leaving the tool
• Edit live flows — Swap phone numbers, update audio, and tweak settings on deployed flows
• Work across client accounts — Switch between Twilio sub-accounts to manage different clients from one place

Who this is for

This tool is for Eqho employees who set up and manage IVR configurations for clients. You don’t need any Twilio or coding experience — the app handles all the technical details behind the scenes.
