When to Use

Use this for announcements, holiday closures, or any situation where you want to play a message and then optionally do something else.

How It Works

Incoming Call → Play Audio Message Then one of: ├─ Hang Up ├─ Forward to a Number ├─ Record Voicemail └─ Wait for Keypress

Tips

  • Great for quick announcements like “We’re closed for the holiday. Please call back Monday.”
  • For complex menus, use the Department Menu IVR template instead — the Gather Input option here is basic
  • You can swap the audio later from the dashboard without rebuilding the flow
