Client Accounts
Eqho sets up a separate Twilio sub-account for each client. The IVR Builder lets you switch between these accounts to manage each client’s flows and phone numbers independently.
Switching Clients
Use the client picker dropdown in the top navigation bar:
- Click the dropdown (shows the current client name)
- Search by name or scroll the list
- Click a client to switch
The app reloads to show that client’s flows, phone numbers, and audio assets.
Main Account vs. Client Accounts
| Main Account | Client Account | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Eqho’s primary Twilio account | A sub-account created for a specific client |
| When to use | Internal testing or Eqho’s own IVRs | Setting up IVRs for a client |
| Flows | Eqho’s own flows | That client’s flows only |
| Phone numbers | Eqho’s numbers | That client’s numbers only |
Select Main Account at the top of the client picker to work with Eqho’s primary account.
What’s Shared Across All Clients
Most things are scoped to the selected client account, but a few things are shared:
| Shared (global) | Per-client |
|---|---|
| User whitelist and roles | IVR flows |
| Template visibility settings | Phone numbers |
| ElevenLabs voice favorites | Audio files |
Your Selection is Remembered
The app remembers which client you last worked with in your browser. When you come back, you’ll be on the same client automatically.
