Getting Started
This page covers logging in, navigating the app, and switching between client accounts.
Logging In
- Go to eqho-ivr-setup.eqho-solutions.dev
- Enter your Eqho email and password — these are your regular Eqho credentials (same as
api.eqho.ai) - Click Sign In
Your account must be on the whitelist to access the app. If you see an “unauthorized” error, ask a superadmin to add your email. See the Admin Guide for details.
The Dashboard
After logging in, you land on the Dashboard. This shows all IVR flows for the currently selected client account.
Each flow card shows:
- Flow name — The name you gave the flow when you created it
- Status — Whether the flow is published (live) or in draft
- Phone number — The number assigned to the flow, if any
- Template — Which template was used to create it
Click any flow to open it and view or edit its settings.
Navigation
The top bar has four main sections:

| Import | Import an existing Twilio Studio flow into the builder |
| Docs | Opens this documentation site (in a new tab) |
Superadmins also see an Admin tab for managing users and template settings.
Switching Client Accounts
The client picker in the top bar lets you switch between Twilio sub-accounts. Each sub-account represents a different client.
- Click the client picker dropdown (shows the current client name)
- Search by name or scroll the list
- Click a client to switch
When you switch clients, the dashboard reloads to show that client’s flows and phone numbers. The Main Account option at the top of the list takes you back to Eqho’s primary Twilio account.
Your client selection is remembered in your browser, so you’ll stay on the same client when you refresh or come back later.
