Simple Forward
The simplest forwarding template. Plays a greeting, then connects the caller to a single number.
When to Use
Use this when you just need to route every call to one destination with no menu, no options, and no voicemail fallback.
How It Works
Incoming Call → Greeting → Connect to NumberFields

Good to Know
- This template is superadmin only — for most use cases, Ring Group (multiple numbers + voicemail) or Play Audio IVR (more flexible) are better choices
- There’s no voicemail fallback — if nobody answers, the call simply ends
