Forward + Voicemail

Forwards the call to a number. If nobody answers, the caller gets sent to voicemail.

When to Use

Use this when you need basic call forwarding with a voicemail safety net for missed calls.

How It Works

Incoming Call → Ring Number ├─ Answered → Connected └─ No Answer → Voicemail Greeting → Record Message

Good to Know

  • This template is superadmin only — for most setups, the Ring Group template is preferred since it supports multiple numbers
  • The ring timeout defaults to 20 seconds (shorter than other templates) to get callers to voicemail faster
