Voicemail
Plays a greeting and records a voicemail. No forwarding — callers go straight to recording.
When to Use
Use this when you want a number that only takes messages — no live answering, no forwarding.
How It Works
Incoming Call → Greeting → Beep → Record MessageFields

Good to Know
- This template is superadmin only — standalone voicemail is uncommon. Most flows use voicemail as a fallback within other templates (like Ring Group or Forward + Voicemail)
- Recordings are stored in Twilio
